Great list, but I have a couple of critiques.
-I wouldn't put "Scream" (Wes Craven) at the top of the list, especially because your other elite films such as "Halloween" (John Carpenter) and "The Shining" (Stanley Kubrick) are right up there
-I think you missed out on including "Valentine" (2001 - director: Jamie Blanks) in your list

"Valentine" (2001) is about an eerie cupid-masked serial killer who stalks people associated by youth on Valentine's Day.
This rather under-rated modern horror film takes the best elements from "Scream" (Wes Craven) and "Urban Legend" (Jamie Blanks) to weave an occasion-goosebumps tale.
I'd be psyched to see a "Christine" (1983) sequel, perhaps starring Mila Kunis and Jude Law.
I noticed "My Bloody Valentine" (1981), a classic indeed, is on your list though!
