Picking one option that I excluded doesn't fit the narrative. There are, as Roifallo posted, many many more genders than the ones I put in the poll. Am I then invalidating all of those genders and insinuating many many many different things? I do not think so.
I do concede it probably would have been better to just ask the question without the poll.

Not sure you want to bring the word "important" into the discussion - That creates a hierarchy and opens your argument to directions that I'm not sure you intended to or wanted to go. My point was that it commonly exists within the conversation along with gender labels such as "trans."
Lastly, I wasn't condescending, I was matching tone - You accused me of forcing a label on you, which I did not, so I answered in turn. There is no need to be defensive.
