I would gouge my own eye out trying to get the cockroach off of me. I would also probably die of fright. Bugs scare the living piss out of me. To have one that close to my face... I'd go insane and start running around and screaming like a little girl.

This isn't Cambodia man. The rats here don't have the plague. Roaches are just as dirty, and ten times as gross.
