Video capturing

I want to buy a video capture device to upload past and future movies I have made to my computer. Anyone know where I can get a cheap one.($50 and under)

Are you just going to make VCDS ? I have a ATI PCI card I'm no longer using since I had to upgrade everything for few films I'm editing. It only captures up to 320 X 240 (standard VCD size) which is why I was asking.
