Help me out here. How do you change the likkle picture at the side of your posts?? Can you put in a pic of your own????

Click on user/cp at the top of this page, then click on "Edit Options". Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Change Avatar". From there, you can upload your own image or choose another from the given options.
