So.. busy.. at work... *choke*
I normally do tech support for cable internet. Well, one of our main fiber lines was severed going to our largest service area, so our support center that normally takes 700 calls a day is now taking 3000+. So I'm doing regular cable customer service.

where i work, our department looks after about 1600 pc's, servers and laptops...then imagine one big flat lan.....all it takes is one numbskull to get a virus and our network can grind to a halt.
on those days it can be awful...though not as bad as 3000 calls i hope it gets better for you before you go mad. |
You guys need better networking equipment then....
The company i work for makes routers that can shut off the wall drop aninfected computer is connected to and stop a virus from spreading at the source...Good equipment, but the people who work for this company are dumb....many of them anyway |
