Suspiria
 

I have SUSPIRIA and I think that it is a very good movie. It is a bit slow at times, but I think that it pays off. There are alot of good scenes. Yet for the time that it was made, alot of the special effects are very cheesy. I heard that it is being remade, and was just curious what others thought about it.

I am worried that if they remake it, the movie will end up being too much like recent remakes. Changed so much that you lose what the original truly was. If I had a cast in mind, do you think that Judy Dench could play the Witch lady?

I realy don`t like Suspiria. Okay, it`s stylish, but is has no tension, the story sucks, the dubbing is terrible and I find it very boring.

4th fav. movie of all time its excellent

Absolutely loved it on the first viewing, but I think I was blinded by the score, great use of colors, and Argento's style. Only after another viewing I realized there isn't much a movie here, terrible acting, lack of a story, and periods of nothingness started to wear on me. The third time I watched it with some of my friends and most either left the room or fell asleep, the masterpiece I once thought turned into a dud. Honestly the only reason I would watch it now is for the score from Goblin, it's the only thing that makes Suspiria enjoyable.

i dont agree with that at all ive seen it numerous times and i love it more and more everytime

The plot of the movie is very simple. Not all movies have to have some big involved plot in order to be good. True it may not be the perfect movie but for what it presents to the audience, it exceeds many expectations for an older movie.
