anyone seen this film? found the uncut version in the Uk

nope but im sure as hell going to look.

It's on DVD here in America. I've seen too many versions of this film to count. I saw a Canadian print under the title "Cannibal" that cut all the gore scenes. Then I saw an Italian language version call "The Last Survivor" that had all the gore scenes but cut the rape scene and some of the dialogue. Then I saw "Jungle Holocaust" uncut and in English but the print was too faded and it was fullscreen! Finally the uncut letterboxed DVD was released here in the states. And there was much rejoicing . . . yaaaaaaay. :D


You found the uncut version in the UK? That's quite a feat from what I understand. Congrats.

just your typical cannibal film then, not one of the better in the genre but still enjoyable

That's a hard version to find Shanks....

the dvd company even got fulci's nightmare concert through uncut. now that's shocking
