Not to shabby actually, i just picked it up, if your intested in what some real indi films are like, this is for you, along with tromadance any troma film kicks ass, terror firmer,. children at play, toxic avenger, anyways, if you like short horror films pick up blooddrive, you will like it alot

okay cool, thats what i was hoping it would be like. Thanks for the heads up.

I have to agree slightly. While there is a good collection of short films, a couple are why to "artsy". There's no dialogue, but rather just weird angles and sounds. It's intersting to watch if you're smoking, but not at all "scary" in the normal Fangoria sense.

I did enjoy the one about the man and his fingers though. It was one of the only humorous clips on there, aside from the horrible music video that caps it off.

Also, the two sepcial features with two well known prdoucers of horror (clive being one) were very interesting.

All in all, I'd say rent, don't buy.

I'd agree with downside. I bought it and was a little disapointed. I understand that they are indie films but being that they were the top 7 of the contest I expected a little more. It's a decent dvd but not really worth repeated viewings imo.

ya, i saw it at the video store and was deciding whether or not to see it, i guess ill pick it up.

I bought it for $15. Its not terrible but you would be better off renting it. Actually the extra content featuring Stan Winston and his special effects work is worth the rental alone.Theres also some extra stuff featuring Clive Barker, but I haven't watched it yet.
