TCM (Turner Classic Movies)
 
I know TCM has a long history of running horror movies in October for Halloween. Here's the schedule this year:

Every Sunday in October will be Frankenstein movies
Every Monday in October will be Christopher Lee movies
Every Friday in October will be terror classic movies
