Any "Reanimator" fans out there?
 

The unrated version of the classic "Reanimator" has got to be the best cult horror flick, in my opinion ... the Evil Dead series following closely on it's heels.

Does anyone else agree?

Also, "Beyond Reanimator" was a steamy turd. Jeffrey Combs as Herbert West is the only reason I watched the whole thing ... although the exploding prisoner "Speedball" was a riot.

I liked the entire Reanimator series simply because it held true to the basic concept. It was campy, and the acting was bad, but it still made me want to see all of the films. Unrated or Directors cut is always the way to go.

Evil Dead is good, and falls in the same catagory as Reanimator for me.

Exactly how many "Reanimator" films are there? I've only seen the two I mentioned.

i loved all three my fav. being beyond but there all really good

I thought the original was a fantastic horror movie. It's important though that it's the unrated version as the toned down version , though still good, loses a lot. The sequels are worth seeing (if you are a fan of the original) but are a far cry from the original.

Never seen it. I would really like to though. Just no movie rental stores around here carry it........:mad:
