looking for a film title
 

Hello everyone, i can't seem to find the name of this film i watched as a kid. It's about people playing a death game, similar to Would you rather. I don't remember any details except that the host releases a giant hornet at one point which attacks a couple making out outside. Any ideas which film this could be?
