Trying to find an indie film
 

So I've been trying to find a film and I've had no luck googling it.
It's is a pseudo snuff film where this group of 20 something's go around New York killing random people while they film it the movie was on Netflix in 2013 but I don't know the name obviously and I can't find it on any horror or movie site I've searched for.

The only thing that comes to my mind is a movie called Cest arive pres chez vou? Something like that. Also under "Man bites Dog".
Though it was a french film...so likely not what you're looking for...in any event if you're into that kind of thing, it'll likely fit the bill as a recommendation.

I have seen that one in my search and I'm gonna check it out but it isn't the film thank you though.
