Howl

Found the trailer via The Visit. I need to see this. Like yesterday.

As a monster movie fanatic and even bigger lycanthrope enthusiast, I look forward to seeing and reviewing this. The trailer alone has me torn on the werewolf. Interesting take, but I like that they kept the legs digitigrade at least. ...even though they used CGI. Honestly, is it so hard to keep CGI out of a simple leg shot?

I like the mouth a lot, but otherwise I dunno. You could substitute an alien, or a clown, etc for the werewolf and it'd be essentially the same film.

I didn't watch the trailer but saw that the main actress from The Descent is in it. So hopefully it will be good. But she was in Descent 2 and that wasn't good at all.

I think is Sasquatch not werewolf movie.

Actors don't mean a heck of a lot to me. Just someone new to discover. 8)

That mouth. Very unique take I must say. I like that. One of the reasons I like the weird ass transformation scene in the Howling IV (the one where he melts into a puddle of blood goo then comes out of it as a wolf). That kind of stuff you can't make up on a bad acid trip alone I am sure. XD

I see what you mean about substituting though. I hope the movie gives us more background on why there are wolves in the area. Other than a gore junkie's convenience.

This look better than Howls, the Sasquatch movie.

So Howl is apparently getting released Friday. Yet I can find squat on it.

Anyone getting any listings in their local theaters or so? Mine is far too small so naturally it most likely won't get it in. (if it's not a straight to DVD of course)

Well damn. That movie would've been perfect to go see this weekend if it would've been a theater release.
