Fake blood with some dry ice
 

Yet another fake blood question. Sorry, I'm new and I probably am already pissing someone off ;) But, my question is a bit different because I'm stupid and know nothing about how things work because frankly I don't care too much until I have to deal with it :)

Although there are a lot of fake blood recipes on the Internet, I need to find one I can heat up and use on dry ice to get the smoke/fog effect.

See, I don't know how corn syrup or Jelly (I'm not worried about the food colouring) reacts to heat. Will it, get runny? Will it dry up (X_x)? Will it harden?

I don't know if I should be worry if the dry ice will freeze the fake blood.......I assume it will. The props will cover where I put the dry ice if it does anyway.

If anyone can help me in any way, I thank you (I don't have the ability to experiment due to cost).
