Scariest scenes in newer horror films

Couldn't find a thread for this particular subject, or I didn't look hard enough.

Anyway, what are some of the scariest scenes in horror movies that have come out since 2000 in your opinion? You could post a video or just describe it; I really don't care. I'll post some of mine later.

I was gonna say that one too. It's probably the scariest scene in any movie I've seen.

The bathtub scene in CHASING SLEEP.

The cubbyhole scene in DEAD SILENCE.

The closet scene in THE RING (although it's kinda cheap).

The baby scene in JOSHUA.

The clown scene in AMUSEMENT.

The pseudo-castration in HARD CANDY.

Now that I've finished watching Dark Star (great movie), I'll post my list.

man falling from the stairs in [REC]
castration in Hard Candy
"Lawn Work" in Sinister
first appearance of the crawlers in The Descent
night 21 in Paranormal Activity
hide and seek in The Conjuring
brain eating scene in Hannibal
c-section in Prometheus
Safe Haven in V/H/S/2

Those are all the ones that I can think of at the moment.

Girl emerging from well in Ring. I know horrorcrux isn't as high on this film anymore but it still creeps me out.

I've only seen it once, and it was one of the first horror films I ever watched. I may warm up to it. That's sort of what happened with Hellraiser.
