Hi, happy to find this site as I am pretty addicted to horror and am always looking for new ideas for movies!

The ones that freak me out the most tend to be ghosts and demons, even though I don't believe in them in real life (must be my Catholic upbringing)...here's my favorites so far:

The Exorcist (obviously!)
The Possession
Lovely Molly
The Devil Inside
The Omen ('76)
Paranormal Activity 2

Anyone else get into this genre?

While I certainly enjoy most horror, my faves tend to be 80's and 90's slasher and monster horror, Fright Night 1985, Lost Boys, Friday the13th, Halloween etc. Did really enjoy the first Poltergeist.

I like all types of horror but mostly my faves are from the 70s and 80s although there's great stuff from every decade so I try not to limit myself.
