HAMMER'S GODZILLA !?!

Needless to say as Horror movie fans we're always glad that Hammer made those awesome Dracula & Frankenstein movies with such great actors like Lee & Cushing back in late 50s through 70s that we can still watch today over & over again. But have you ever wondered...What if...besides or instead making of those DRACULA & FRANKENSTEIN films, what it'd be like if Hammer somehow bought the rights from TOHO and (also) launched a Godzilla franchise!!!

Don't get freaked out on me if you think what a ridiculous load of rubbish I'm talking about...?!?

The thing is a crazy fanboy inside me made me think of this while lately one day I was just going through the list of Hammer Horror in wikipedia & some titles just right away bugged me...and as lately I've been also in a Godzilla-fever...so instantly this 2 things just struck into my mind and made me do this...

I know I'm not good at this stuffs. Just did if for fun with the help of this Godzilla Poster Creator site and thought to share it with you guys...hope you'd 'enjoy the fun' ::smile::

I doubt this was what you were driving at but, I've already been thinking it, and this seemed as good a place as any to bring it up.

(In my defense, I never said I wasn't weird. ::roll eyes::)

Is this a fight that's going to happen? PPV?

Pay Per View is fine with me, just don't let SyFy get a hold of this idea or it'll be Hulktopus vs. Zillnado... or some such nonsense.

Idk british Godzilla? Hammer was a great company but i don't know how well they would have done the Godzilla films. Like NE has said before, it doesn't really work outside of Japan. However i still would've liked to see what they could have accomplished.

I agree that a non-Japanese Godzilla film seems a bit like a Viking martial arts movie.

That said, the British have always brought a certain amount of intelligence & respect to odd or horrific scenarios; Village of the Damned [1964] and so on.

If a European Godzilla franchise had to be made, I think I'd like to see the UK have a first go at it.
