Can anyone tell me the name of a horror movie i saw?
 

About ten years ago I saw a movie that ended with a cliffhanger....I still don't know what the name of the film is. Please help me to find out what the film is called so I can finally get the relief of knowing what happened. I'll describe as best I can remember.

The film is similar to rear window, a neighbour sees somebody across the street doing suspicious things and becomes paranoid that this person is a murderer, and eventually a cannibal. They see the person hosting a dinner party and believe them to be serving human meat at a dinner party.

Gradually the person tells other people but they all think she/he is crazy. When she/he finally goes to apologise to the neighbour she/he stumbles upon a trap door and a staircase and the film ends.

Please help. It's killing me that I don't know the name of this movie.
