Anyone picking up this next friday?

No, but I was thinking of picking it up for Christmas (for myself).

Depends ... I like the idea of the 40-page booklet and the "killer" (hahaha) bonus DVD, but I'd say there's a good chance that there won't be anything new in it.

As far as blu-ray itself goes, no.

Is this a region 1 only release?

I believe so but dont quote me on that.

I preordered it a few months ago from Amazon. Can't wait to get it. The first 3 looked great on Blu-Ray and were a definite step up from their DVD counterparts. I hope the rest look as good.

Looks like a bit of confusion on Amazon regarding the coding.
Some folks say its region zero while others are saying that it will only work on reg 1 players..
Also some negative reviews in relation to some of the movies being the censored versions and a general lack of extras.
