which movie is it?
 

hello! i'm searching for a horror&sci-fi movie

i remember that it was pretty well made, so i think that it was shot after the '80
the bad "guy" is a thing, some kind of a robot, who kills the host (man/woman) and transforms the body in a freaky little killing machine
the action is located on a remote planet; i'm not sure, but i remember that the characters are scientists who are investigating some strange ruins on that planet (it may be Mars, but i'm not sure)
i remember a scene, close to the end of the movie (i think): a tent on sand (still on that planet), a man and a woman; they make love and, after that, one that was a colleague of them, attacks them; i don't remember how the scene ends
in the movie's ending, i remember a ship floating in space, with that thing on board, still alive and kicking after a battle between the humans and it

maybe there is someone who can help me, cos i'd really like to watch it again, to see if it really was that good

there's a robot in this film that attacks a man and a woman, they dismantle it, and it rebuilds itself, to re-attack them. I remember this film from ages ago, it was good. maybe it's this one you're on about.

no, i don't think that's the movie, because at the beginning of the expedition, there are more than 2 people; the bodies of their friends are being transformed by that thing; i don't remember for sure if really is a robot; i don't remember if it puts itself in their mutilated bodies, or if its just modifies and programs them to become killing machines
and i don't remember the man and woman being lovers from the begining

unfortunately, it's not that movie either
there's an expedition, several people on a planet (maybe there scientists, or some of them, at least) and that thing! which is evil

i remember another scene: there were left (i think) only 3 of them (1 woman and 2 men); one man gets attacked by that thing; it lifts the man up and it crushes his body; after the thing lets him fall, i remember that the focus was on the suit's cap (all of them were wearing suits, as they were on that planet), with the head "drowning" in his blood;
next is the love scene, and after that their old friend returns to kill them, after being "repaired" and programmed by that thing

sounding more and more like bava's planet of the vampires.
