how is this killer doll movie called?

I'm trying to find a movie with a killer doll in it. I remember being just a small boy and being freaked out by it. The problem is that I only have this one image of the doll in question in my mind and it's pretty vague. I'm hoping someone here recognizes the description and can give me the title.
Here it goes:

The doll was wearing a tuxedo/smoking of some kind and it had very orange hair.

That's about it... Hard to find a movie with just that image to hold on to, right?


If anyone of you could help me find the title of the movie, I'd be very grateful!

It sounds very much like the "Goosebumps" episode, "Night of the Living Dummy."
