the people under the stairs

what do you guys think to this movie.

this is one of cravens less talked about movies, but i love this movie it is like he went back to his roots and made a good adventure movie but with alot of horror.i would say this has to be one of my most liked movies of his.

I quite like it, its basically a kids adventure movie wrapped up in horror.... I haven't seen it in a long time to be fair but I kinda feel like it was a little too confused to be as good as it could've been,. It didn't need the slapstick/ obvious comedy elements and would've been better off just sticking with dark humor.

It's one of my favorite Craven movies.

By far his poorest movie.Great for the kids maybe but i wont be watching this again, far far too childish in my opinion.

I agree with stracker. I watched it about 3 months ago and as an adult I think he could of done a lot better.

Everett McGill and Wendy Robie are awesome in this flick, and the "comedy elements" are why I really like this film.

I saw this as a kid and adored it. I wouldn't consider it one of Craven's best but I can still appreciate it and re-watch it as an adult
