It's had that title for the majority of the modern releases and it's always bugged me.

Wasn't Indiana Jones *one of* the "Raiders"?
I hate when they feel the need to rebrand like this.

It use to just be Raiders of the Lost Ark without the "Indiana Jones and the" part added to it.

And--I betcha it's one of the newer versions featuring re-worked effects. Yes, that's right, the first movie has been re-edited here and there, and some of the effects shots replaced with new digital ones (the jeep over the cliff scene is one example).

Edit: Oh wait...Spielberg says in an interview that it's not gonna have any reworked effects. Yay! He says he is no longer a digital revisionist. Awwwwwesome
