Hello

I'm no good at making these posts, but I always feel rude posting anywhere else until I do!

My favourite kind of horror is psychological.

I'm really easily scared.

That's it I guess? Anything you want to know please ask. :)

Welcome to the forum. Good to know there are still people out there that can be scared by horror movies.

Which one has scared you the most or most recently?

Thank you for the welcomes! :)

@The Villain I think the most recent film to make me jump was The Innkeepers. But I've been watching Bedlam recently and the first episode of that probably scared me more than anything I've seen in a while. :o I think that's down to personal fear though. I'm scared (but still fascinated) by ghosts, and I also find the blacked out eye effect frightening.

Are you not scared by horror now?

I wish I could find that film scary but I just can't anymore! Here's why: I live in England and we very rarely have earthquakes (ones that are noticeable at least!). But one night a few years ago a minor earthquake caused quite a bit of shaking. That same night my friend had been watching The Exorcist, and unfortunately for her, the earthquake hit just as the film ended. Her bed began shaking and believing herself to be possessed she ran from her room screaming! Now I can't help but associate the image of that with the film. :(

But ha, it's worth it for the laugh it gives me each time I remember the story. :p

Thank you for the welcome. :)

The Innkeepers didnt scare me but it sucked me in and got all of my attention which did cause me to think i was seeing things the night i watched it so that freaked me out.

I've been meaning to check out Bedlam, glad to hear it's good.

I rarely ever get scared by horror movies anymore and when i do, it's like The Innkeepers. A movie that is done so well with a great spooky atmosphere that causes me to give it my full attention and really draws me in. Movie's like that always stick with me afterwards and freak me out.

It hardly ever happens though which is sad. I love when a horror movie freaks me out.

Welcome to the forum great to see you posting :) Grave Encounters and The Tunnel have scared me recently=I can still get scared by spooky atmospheres and things appearing out of shadows or the corner of your eye.
