I personally love The Town that Dreaded Sundown. It's an effective, creepy little film. I have a bootleg DVD that I got at a horror convention. I'd order that one.

One and Four. I have a bootleg DVD of 'Town' as well and I'm almost positive it's not in print legitimately on DVD.

Thanks guys. For the record, I was ordering these movies from twistedanger.com, they carry a great selection of deluxe and compact bootlegs.
However I ended up going with Island of Death, The Evicots, and the Town that Dreaded Sundown.

To those who have not heard of House by the Lake, it is a Canadian rape/revenge film from 1977.

You can watch the trailer for it here:

Fuck ordering off this site. What a rip off. You could download a torrent (no doubt the same one these guys used) and do it yourself with some DVD converting software.

Sites like this just rip people off and exploit the hard work of rippers who took the time to make fansubs etc of obscure/out of print oddities.

I hope these fuckwits get their site taken down. Assholes.

Yeah, I call bullshit on that site too.
