i saw this movie once as a kid. EDIT-SOLVED!
 

very vague memory. there where teenagers one was evil or possesed or something. a guy has his hand cut off with a pocket knife in a bathroom stall and wraps the stump with a ton of toilet paper. there was a pit to a frozen over hell in the livingroom. i think there was a parrot. like i said very fuzzy.
its been bugging the crap out of me. anyone have a clue as to what this movie might be

It's 976-EVIL I just saw it the other day.It's a bit trashy but worth watching as it was directed by Robert Englund.
