Movie/show I need to know the name of?
 

Hey, found this pic on google images the other day:

For some reason it goes a bit spastic and disappears after a second or two when clicked on in google images so I put it on photobucket. I'm just wondering does aanyone know what movie/show or whatever this is from? I did some detective work and found this site- http://www.paradoxpollack.com/ - where the video shows this dude dressed up as the vampire/creature in the pic above, but I still can't find what this is from! I thought it was a really cool and striking image, so I'm interested to see if anyone can enlighten me on this matter?
