whats the best pg 13 horror movies you have seen?

I really dig 80s stuff like:

Invaders From Mars (Tobe Hooper)
Gremlins
The Gate

pg 13 horror movies are like drinking schnapps

Nah not if there done right.

Heaps of 80s kids flicks are suprisingly nasty in parts.

I would have to agree with Gremlins and The Gate.

They are more entertaining then they are scary. In fact, they aren't really scary...at all. I really enjoyed them though.

Gremlins 2 is a decent movie. It's not as good as the original, but I might give it a shot.

So Gremlins and The Gate aren't on it (which they SHOULD be), but I have to agree with:

• Drag Me to Hell (still surprised that it was even PG-13 - Could have been R)
• The Sixth Sense
• Night of the Comet (SO UNDERRATED!!!!!)
• The Grudge
• The Others

I still haven't seen Secret Window, Mothman Prophecies, or Secret Window, but I've heard good things.

As for 1408 and The Uninvited, not sure I agree (then again, I haven't seen The Uninvited - I just have remake rage).

Mothman Prophesies is really good, IMO. I recommend it.
