what the heck is going on?

with ____V____?

He's disappeared from my facebook friends, from facebook period.
He's deleted his twitter account as far as I can tell.
And he's been banned on here.

His recent posts (that haven't been deleted) are all pretty normal.

Seriously, anyone know anything about this?
What did I miss?

The Mothman 04-13-2010 09:06 AM

Uh oh...... Now the place has officially died. I doubt he really left though.

missmacabre 04-13-2010 09:17 AM

I know, I would just like to know the reason behind his temporary absense if that's the case. And if temporary, why delete all your accounts.

If permanent, why wouldn't he hand his tournament and BR info over to someone else so that we could keep what little traffic we get up?

I'm just worried, because I know that in my opinion the only reason all of my internet accounts would be deleted is if I was dead. I'm paranoid, perhaps, but I just wish I knew if there was any drama that may have caused this (and if anyone has any, but don't wish to start more shit by bringing it up just PM please).

Checked today and his account no longer exists. Just checked again and he's def not around. He's off the HDC facebook group, off my friends list and not on the list of people when you search for his name.

No very unlikely - the only reason that all of someones internet accounts is if they delete them themselves. If some one died the last thing the next of kin would have on their mind is deleting their accounts on various internet boards and forums...

Do your next of kin/friends/family know all the passwords to you email/facebook/myspace/forum membershisp etc??

I stopped by because I also noticed he was gone from Facebook and I was a little concerned. I hope he's okay.

Yes, and no? I have an envelope with my boyfriend's name on it, in a hollowed out book in my book shelf. In it are the passwords for all of my accounts. He has been instructed that if I die in some freak accident all of my accounts are to be deleted, and no facebook "RIP/In Memory of Jen Costello" group will be created. If it is created by someone outside of my family like a friend or acquaintance they will be asked to take it down out of respect for the dead. Last thing I want when I'm gone is a bunch of people I don't even know or met once at a party saying how much they miss me, and sharing fun/embarrassing times we've had together for my family to read and think badly of me.

It's a big deal to me, because when a close friend of mine died her account was still up. Facebook sends me little ads on the side of the website saying to "reconnect" with her. A RIP page was made and every person who ever met her was talking about this time, that time, remember when we got totally drunk. I felt bad for her and her family reading all of it. I felt sad that people who couldn't bother to talk to her or send her an email every once in a while were suddenly her best friend.

Reason they are in a sealed envelope in a hiding place is so he doesn't have them now. If we ever broke up he couldn't cause problems or post anything out of anger.

must be a major "burn out".

hope all is well with him and the family.
