Need some help on avatar

If anyone knows how I can fix this, the help would be greatly appreciated. I have an awesome little animation, but when I try to make it my avatar, it says it's too big and that it needs to be under 100 x 100 pixels. Does anyone know how I can resize it to fit? I'm guessing it's not too difficult, but I'm not extremely computer savvy. Anyone know?

Thanks.

All you need is an image resizer. There are tons of free ones. I have a great one. Tell ya what. Post the pic as an attchement, and I will save it to my files, then resize it for you and post it so that you can save it in the reduced size.

Wrong. Because then it will only save as a one framed image.

You need something like Adobe Animator. Post the image or PM it to me and I can help you with it.

Well, my resizer can do Gifs as well. Or does it not work that way? I don't know, I've never had any problems.

Cool thanks for the info. I am not exactly sure how I can post it on here since it's just something I have in an email at this point, but if one of you that offered to help wouldn't mind IMing me your email address, I will forward it right over. Thanks again.

If you resize it, wont the animation stop and the picture wont move? Cause the pixels make the image move and when you resize and save, it changes the moving pixels.

animation shop allows you to resize the animation, it resizes all the frames at once keeping the animation.

Nevermind this seems like way too much work. Thanks for all the input.

Does anyone know how I could just post it on the board somehow?
