wow.. took the words right out of my mouth.
i would hate to look back and think 'wow i didnt do didly shit with my life' which is why now i try to do all i can, whether its taking care of the backyard, learning new recipes, or helping an old lady with her groceries, just in case i die tomorrow. try to do as much as you can. life isnt about what you look like, or what you own, or any labels, its your actions. also, its not about you, but what kind of impact you have had on others. otherwise, why would you matter? u'd be like an ant who gets squashed.. no one gives a shit about you, theres 50million more. i want to do more than just consume resources.
and about the environment.. the wierd thing is, i think the only thing we are succesffuly doing in destroying the environment is destroying ourselves. we cant live without it and when were gone, the env wil be much better and will heal itself. |
