Roll up, Roll up!
 

My cousin just bought me a roll up keyboard, something I've wanted for a long time. The buttons work fine, albeit with a bit more force, but the trouble is the space bar takes a few presses to work every now and then. This is probably a snowball's chance in hell but anybody have any tips for using these successfully?

What is the point of a roll up keyboard? Sounds like a bit of a lame novelty or something.

That's a stupid idea... Just use a regular keyboard.

Well, in short, yeh. It is just a novelty. It's main benefits are the fact that it lights up and is immune to crumbs and drinks spillages.
