Hi, everyone!

My name's Ivica and I hail from Macedonia, a small country right in the middle of the Balkan peninsula. If you have a problem finding it on your mental map, don't worry, you're not the only one. :)

I've been a horror fan for quite a while now and if you ask me how it started, I'll just give you a title: Dylan Dog, an Italian comic book that kicked off in 1986, basically re-working the most popular horror movies or tropes through the titular character but adding its own twist with a lot of melancholy and surrealism thrown in for good measure. For the Italians on this forum, of course you know what I'm talking about :) (and just for the record, I'm not holding my breath for the American movie that will be coming out soon).

My love for the genre has gone a long way, to the point that now I'm hosting my own radio show about horror - Danse Macabre which goes on air every Friday at midnight CET. Each episode is tematic, starting with ghosts, werewolves, witches, boogiemen, Sandman (!) etc. The last episode was devoted, you guessed it, to Dylan Dog. Sadly, the show is in Macedonian, but if there is any interest I could do a show or two in English.

So, before I start writing down some things around this forum, a brief listing of some of my favorite horror movies just so you get a hint of my tastes:

...clearly I'm not big on slashers, but I do enjoy a good hack and slash from time to time and I'm definitely a Leslie Vernon fan :)
