Character Name: George Movie Horror painting comes alive at end saying mother of god help me! with green eyes

it's hard to explain i dont know the name of the movie do you? the Character is george he sleep walks there is a jamaican scene, meat butcher scene, he paints and the painting comes alive at the end and says mother of god help me with green glowy eyes! it starts in the begining where he is leaving a hospital with his head wrapped and a cane he wears glasses a blue sweater black pants and is probaly in his 50-60's anyone know this movie or have a idea?
