Hi guys.
I thought for sure I would never really get back into the internet thing.

I am doing ALOT better.
I had my little nervous breakdown and my lying in bed in the dark with only my crazy thoughts and then I started reading.
The Tao
Yoga stuff
Martial art stuff
Some books about learning to get what I need
books about peace in my soul
etc
etc

Started really stepping up in my Gumdo class and now have earned my first color belt.
I get my ass kicked twice a week for about an hour. Its' great.

I have also started TKD , and will be doing that twice a week as well.
My teacher thinks I need these classes to help my control with the sword.


I have learned ALOT.
I have finally grown up and got alot of past scars dealt with.

I am truly thankful I was lucky enough to lose my mind and completely hit rock bottom.
it has taught me so much and I am no longer bitter about anything.
I judge no one.
And I am thankful I have this moment in this life but really don't fear if it gets taken away tomorrow.

It is really great to see you back novakru! Seriously! I was really concerned about you, but I didn't want to be a pest and figured you maybe just needed some time to sort it all out. I've been there, trust me, I know. I'm so glad you're doing better! Keep taking care of yourself and don't get discouraged if you have any setbacks, cuz they'll probably happen. Life is what it is, but we have to keep moving onward and keep trying to get through it all. My offer still stands, PM, email or call me anytime.
