We're going to have to put Goldie down.

I know i'm not good at describing how I feel, but it's the worst i've felt since 2006. :(

My folks had to put down a golden retriever mix that they had due to a persistent tumor that surgery couldn't cure. That was two years ago and my dad still misses that dog, the only pet that I've ever known him to feel any sentiment towards.

My dog is the only living creature on earth who can shit on my floor in the morning, and I'll still rub his belly on the couch at night. Sorry to hear about your loss.
