So I go in to turn in my 360 and guess what? I get a $53.00 gift card (because I paid more originally), my old replacement plan will work for this system, I get two free games (because the new system comes with two games now), and I get out in less than a half an hour! It's almost a good thing the RROD happened...

That's actually pretty sweet! Nice to see good customer service and a mind on compping customers.

I honestly have no problem doing business there and I will continue to do so. :)

Yep, but I buy the plan on new systems anyway, most new systems die but Microsoft hasn't even tried to fix the simple problem, they just fix the ones that are already broken.
