internet has been pretty dumb the last few days, so I did the speedtest and this is what came back.

have any ideas what is wrong or what I can do to fix it myself?

What connection are you on - broadband, DSL, cable, satellite?

If its any of those 4, get a new service provider. Obviously you cant do much about it.

I would recommend satellite, if you got the money. Its fast as shit.

I wouldn't ditch your isp after a few days of poor service. There are so many variables- as an internet broadcaster I count on the reliability of my connection. I've had to nurse it through malfunctioning isp routers, net congestion, bad cables, dying modems, dying routers. Every aspect of your connection needs to be checked- are your cables loose? Is you router acting up? Take your router offline and connect your computer directly to the cable. See if that helps. Contact you isp's support dept. and see if there are any routing issues or service problems. There is so much to do before you ditch your isp. I wouldn't make that my FIRST step.
