Oh yea... but I'm quite sure that he ( who ever it was, not Michael Berryman though, I believe..) didn't rape her, he just tried...

maybe he needs a refresher course on sex..... Rape does not count as a "sex scene". sex scene implies people doing the nasty consensually. A rape scene would be a rape scene.
