Scariest movies
I'm looking for some of the scariest movies ever made. When I google this movies such Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Psycho, Nightmare On Elm Street, etc. I don't find these movies in any way scary. I can understand years ago when they first were released but now-a-days not at all. I'm looking for movies like Ju-On. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To be honest, I've never been scared by a "scary movie"... I really couldn't tell you....
I could tell you though that if you asked my mother, she'd say The Exorcist.... although I laughed through that movie... I really got nothing for you... I just enjoy the screaming... *grin* |

Hi to be scared in a movie you really have to loose yourself in the plot i know when i take it seriously or watch with friends i have 2 different reactions to a movie.
Movies for me that were quite scary were superstition , amityville , house by the cemetery. Of course if you dont try to beleive in the movie and think its just one big joke you wont be scared . |
I always recommend "Ju-on" and "Salems Lot". So.... there ya go.

The only movies that scare me are movies that are possible and can easily happen. I want a good movie about a haunted house or ghosts to be released. Those are the type of movies that freak me out mainly because I saw one as a kid back when I lived with my mom. Nothing would make me happier than if I could write the script for a horror movie about a haunted house. I have some great ideas and I think I could make one hell of a scary movie.
