I just saw a preview of this on the "bad boys 2" dvd.....it's a Japanese action/sci-fi movie, I think it looks really cool.
Has anyone seen it yet?

No but it sounds cool though.

i used to own it and it's not often that i get rid of my dvds but this film bit big time - all the good bits are on the trailer - watch it by all means cause a few of my friends thought it was alright (just alright mind) but just dont buy it. i love asian movies and i had this one on order for a long time but it was a definate downer when i watched it - the special effects where quite cool what ,there was of them, but overall it sucked ass.

Yeah, I got the R3 release a while back. I hadn't heard anything very positive about the movie before buying it. But Im glad I ignored that because its a great film. Just dont expect anything more than a decent action romp. It combines elements from loads of different sci-fi films you've seen before, from Terminator to ET. The central gimmick, the wrist device which speeds up the user, is pretty sweet. And the story is simple but cool (time travelling back in time to save the human race from a mysterious alien race), a perfect blockbuster sci-fi action flick. If you want a decent action movie, then this is what youre looking for :)

I'll just mention this in case there's still anyone out there that doesn't know already - Battle royale rocks..

indeed it does - battle royale 2 requiem is okay too apart from a few cop-out moments

moments that where just thrown in without much thought because an alternative would be to hard to do. not bad just a bit meh *shrugs shoulders*. alot of bad cgi blood too.
