what does the word gothic mean?
 
most ppl say its a fashon, but i think its a state of mind. like punk, punk is a state of mind to those who are really punk. the punk makes the clothes the clothes dont make the punk. so wats gothic?

(seriously) no sarcasm intended. and eviscreation duh im in skool but in my world history class we only got u to king henry *the male whore* and my teacher was always argueing w/ be because he 'had" to stick to the basic guide lines. wateva. there are no "guide lines" in history, there's just the history.

That's commercial gothic, more of a sterotypical definition if you ask me.

gothics are girls and guys that show how badass and depressed they are by spending hours in front of the mirror doing their hair, make up and painting their nails every week... if thats what it takes to be badass i must be the fuckin goddess of bad assedness

also they do a lot of sewing on their clothes
