The HDC Modern Horror Theatre Presents...The Frighteners!
 

Welcome one and all to the very first screening of the HDC Modern Horror Theatre! Tonight's presentation will be dedicated to the memory of Festered, who initially got this idea off the ground - shame he wont be here to see it come to fruition.

For this inaugural evening, we've decided to show the Peter Jackson classic: The Frighteners! Made in 1996 and starring Micheal J. Fox, Jeffery Combs, Jake Busey, Dee Wallace, and produced by Robert Zemeckis, this cult-classic movie is easily among the best work of the visionary director behind it.

So, we'll meet here for 9:00 EST, and will synchronize our DVD players to start the film at precisely 9:15.

Be here, my friends - this is bound to be the start of a new era in HDC history, and you KNOW you'll want to say that you were here at the first!

Step 2: Pop in around 9 EST so we can get synchronized.

On that note though: has anyone found a site that has this streaming? I know a lot of people likely don't have a copy, so it'd be nice to find it online...anyone?

This is a good idea you have here. Hopefully, it was just that the time didn't work for anyone and not that nobody liked the idea.

(Personally, I just noticed the thread now so I'm a few hours late.)

I was out of town for a a day and half. Just walked back into my home about 30 mins back.
