Health Foods
What kinds of foods do you eat that are "healthy?" I don't mean "chicken" or "vegetables." Do you buy anything organic? Etc etc.
I recently started buying organic whole wheat bread... delicious. |
Do you have a Great Harvest Bakery near you? They have a bread called Dakota Bread that has pumpkin seeds in it and it is amazing!

I buy organic whenever possible, especially organic milk, eggs, and apples. It tends to taste better, you get more nutrients out of it and it doesn't have any chemicals, hormones or pesticides in it. I also don't buy processed foods, or anything with partially hydrogenated oils (trans fat) and high fructose corn syrup. I feel some much better after I switched and even lost a few pounds.

I eat mostly organic. Organic bread, honey, vegetables and fruits from the farmers market on Friday morning. Sometimes my mom gets free range chicken from my uncles farm, and they are so much larger than a chicken you would get in the grocery store.
I made tea yesterday for my cold out of ginger and organic honey. It was delicious. |
-Entirely organing vegetables and milk.
-Free range eggs. -Low Fat Bacon -Quorn minced beef -100% Juice not from concentrate -Never any drinks with the words "Diet" or "Zero" in the names (The sweeteners are worse than the sugar). -We don't buy crisps. Unlike America where I ate crisps loads, we don't have Saturated Fat Free ones. Thats my mine problem with crisps. |
