Halloween 3

i know its prett much reguarded as the bad one because it had nothing to do with the others but i really liked it. Im not gonna tell you it was a good movie but for the corneyness factor it held i thought it was pretty cool. Also, the storyline was pretty awsome, although it all fell apart by the end, but the Very end rocked.

Whadda yall think of it?

I only saw bits and pieces of it. Some people I know like it. The plot sounded like a good idea. It would've done better if it weren't in the Halloween series. (Which I have no clue why it was)

Elvis_Christ 02-01-2004 05:51 PM

I haven't seen it for years but I think its still pretty cool I think alot of people were disapointed because it had nothing to do with the series at all really (is there any link between the characters in 3 and the other Halloween movies? - I can't remember) It is weird they decided to call it Halloween III it probably would have be more well recieved if it had've had a different title.

Worst Halloween Ever

This is the worst in the Halloween series. Why it was included, or even made for that matter, is beyond me. It totally sucks. It has nothing to do with Michael Myers. They used the title to cash in. I'll agree with another reviewer that the story line has potential, but it was never reached in this flick. Could be one of the worst horror flicks ever. Don't waste your time on this stinker.

no, they used the title because they were going to do more like that.

Also, the movie sucks, that's why it's considered the bad one

Personally, I wished they had gone with their original plan to make the Halloween franchise different from film to film. It would have been preferable to these endless, lame Michael Myers sequels.

Yes, Halloween 3 sucked, but the problem was the execution, not the idea.

BTW, as much as I disliked the film, I love the score. I dig that synthesizer shit. Very cool.

absolutely loved it and it was scary! don't care that michael wasn't in it...i know why he wasn't and though i'm a big fan of halloween i'm glad 3 was made and is classic IMO! loved it!!!!!

Leslie Daher 02-02-2004 03:40 AM

AND NO..the WORST in the series is that garbage RESURRECTION
that was pure SHIT, for lack of a better word
they ruined what was great and sacred about michael
i'm disgusted w/ the sequels after 6 and even that one wasn't great
6 is the end of the line for me with halloween
3 is highly underrated and is smart, clever, and good
the only cheesey part was the doctor romance w/ the greiving daughter
better than A LOT of other movies that ppl like so much
ppl get pissed cuz, "it's a halloween movie and michael's not in it.."
GET OVER IT! i hate hearing that stupid argument all the time...

Plissken 02-02-2004 11:11 AM

Halloween 3 is much better than Halloween 6, H2O and Resurrection
