It's called "The Ambulance"..

..anyone but me seen it? I saw it 9 years ago, and I barely remember it. No one else I know has seen it. Have YOU??

Yup, I've seen it. Wish I hadn't, but I have. Mysterious ambulances not exactly big on the scare scale.

All I remember is some girl collapsing in the beginning, and another girl (not sure if it's the same one) coming back to life (?) and stabbing some guy. Then some guy jumping over a fence.

Yeah, I've seen it, I even have it on VHS. It stars Eric Roberts & James Earl Jones & is directed by the guy who wrote the Maniac Cop movies, Larry Cohen. He also wrote the movie 'Phone Booth'. I thought 'the Ambulance' was actually pretty good. The acting & the story were ok and thus I enjoyed this movie. Although you could clearly see that they used different ambulances throughout the movie, when there only was supposed to be one ambulance.

Stan Lee himself has a cameo in this movie!

Yeah saw it years ago. It was okay. Didn't suck but not very memorable.
