Someone Help!

I need the name of two movies the first one was a movie with Linda Blair where she stays in this house and some weird man hides in the basement The other one I seen it about 9 years ago it was on USA up all night I remember it was set in a High School and there was a creepy janitor and everytime someone got killed the killer was wearing green gloves kind of like the ones you would wash dishes with. please help! :)

Yes the Linda Blair Movie was Hell Night. Pieces was pretty damn cheesy but a gore fest.
