Help me figure out this 80's slasher movie,,,,
 

Hey I'm trying to find out the name of a movie I saw when I was younger. I think it's from the 80's. I hope what I remember about it is right.

It was about a guy who inherited a house in a cemetery and was staying in there with friends. A redheaded girl got her head cut off while she was laying on a table and another girl was killed in the shower by the shower head which I think went through her throat.

Anyone have any idea what movie this is?

I've never seen it. It was a guess based on his first line and the beheading thing.

That maybe it. I'll have to check it out. Here's another mystery movie...I saw part of it a while back! It had a young brunette woman and a redheaded older lady in a wheelchair (maybe her aunt?) who were being stalked by a 50 something gentleman with glasses. I think it maybe came out in the early to mid 80's. I actually saw it on univision and it looked interesting enough for me want to see the english version. I remember a ashy blond/grey haired 50 something something woman either getting her throat slit or stabbed when she went into house.

Kind of made me think of Unhinged.....Not sure though.

I think it maybe more of a slasher/thriller than an out and out horror film. It wasn't supernatural or anything. I remember the redhaired older lady in the wheelchair, and in one scene she tries to use the phone but the killer disconnects it. I also remember a scene with the her at the top of the stairs, and she notices something downstairs.

The phone disconnection kind of sounds like Black Christmas.
