Need Movie Title
 

It's about a woman that goes to throw her daughter off the cliff, and her husband comes to stop her, and she jumps off herself.

Later, she gets out of the water, and goes to this house and it has goats running around inside and upstairs, etc.

The little girl, when the mom asks who she is, says "you know who I am.".

This is bugging me. Anyone know?

Sounds kind of like it.

Did she continually wind up back in the ocean, and keep coming back? At the end, the daughter is alive and runs up to her dad, but she herself is dead.
